With extensive experience in waste management and inclusive circular economy models, BVRio is convening this multi-stakeholder event to explore Brazil’s regulatory framework and showcase practical solutions across the waste value chain.

Speakers will include representatives from government (MMA/MDIC), WWF, the International Alliance of Waste Pickers, recyclers, brands, among others.

Additional participants will include representatives from: waste picker cooperatives, fishers engaged in the Fishing for Litter programme, Orla Rio, Black Forest/ReverSe, Cazoolo (Braskem), among others.

This event is part of the Rio Climate Action Week and will be held in Portuguese. No simultaneous translation will be provided.
